We were so happy with how quickly Dr. Alex Hegg helped our Australian shepherd. We rushed her in with a gash on her leg and Dr. Hegg was very patient with us as we asked questions about the procedure. He was very understanding and so kind with our girl. Couldn't have asked for better!!!

Dr. Hicks and her staff are top notch. They also call you and your animal by name and go out of their way to make u feel comfortable and ease your worries!!

I would like to say thank you to the staff and Doctor at Diamond H, for helping us get 6 more months with our Maggie. We had to have our sweet Maggie put down today and they were very compassionate!! Special thanks to Alexis Froedge.
Kristen Hicks and her staff are the most compassionate vet services out there. When our Rottweiler had heartworms and had to go through the treatment, he was well loved by all of them. He was a gentle giant who loved laying in the office with "the girls." Unfortunately even after they gave him their best, we lost him. It helps knowing they were there and made him happy when he was feeling so bad. Love you all!
I extremely satisfied with Dr. Hicks team, everyone who works in clinic is always attentive, helpful and professional. We experienced multiple visits with dogs, as regular checks and vaccinations, emergency with tooth extraction and concerns about rat poisoning of puppy, and also stayed with them for almost one week as a shelter. I was thinking about our two dogs staying without us in clinic, missed them like crazy, but all workers was so friendly and patient when I called every other day to ask how are they doing, I appreci... read more
