RecommendedI would just like to take a second to comment on Dr. Kristen Hicks, I’ve known her since before she was a veterinarian, she has always been one of the kindest most dedicated people I have known. As a veterinarian she has been out with me in the middle of the night with a sick horse, taking care of all my pets, and clinics at our facility in all this with that beautiful smile of hers. Excellent customer service. The staff is very friendly. Both veterinarians are very competent and personable. They also have strong ties to the Masonic Fraternity.
I was having a very hard time with the decision to put down my 17 year old Red Dog Angel- they came to my house and were very patient, and Kristen took the TIME to give me all of the scenarios of what could be done for her- and the possible outcomes. This girl is the GREATEST- she really cares about the animals, and I believe she relates with how hard the decision to euthanize is. I cannot say enough about the the Doctors and staff of Diamond H. During the last 6 weeks Dr. Hegg did everything he could to help our Maggie. He and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to not only care for her, but for us as well when we had to make the devastating decision to have her put to sleep. The kindness and compassion that was shown to my family will never be forgotten. Thank you for the time and care you gave us!!
