I had a wonderful experience working with Sevag. On short notice, Sevag provided me with a thorough cleaning and resizing of my engagement and wedding rings. He clearly communicated some concerns and provided us with multiple different solutions. He took the utmost care with our jewellery. Wonderful customer service, quality is exceptional and we were extremely happy overall with the service provided. We were able to get the engagement and wedding rings we dreamed of.
My wife and I sent in our rings that needed re-sizing, missing stones, thickening in areas worn and overall settings to be redone. When we received them back we were shocked at how well they were completed, both of them looked brand new. My wife’s in particular which we asked for it to be made thicker, was undetectable where the original gold was and where the added work stopped, even though it was significantly thicker after the work.
