Had service in Mid Jan 2024. The estimate was scheduled and Danny was on time, nice, and informative. Order was processed, which means the measuring guys come to the house for exact templates. Again, they were on-time and professional. The Granite crafted and installed. Once again, the install team was on-time, and professional. Fully cleaned-up the place afterwards. Customer service is terrible. We had quartz counter tops installed 8 months ago. They cut the tops around the refrigerator so that there was barely enough clearance to squeeze the refrigerator back in. There is about a +3/16" overhang on each side of the cabinet base below. We just purchased a new refrigerator with the same nominal dimensions, but it won't squeeze in like the old refrigerator did. We have called many times to only get put on hold, no call backs. The sales associate, Tim, was great. He had all the samples with him and calculated costs during our appointment so we had them right away. He even came out a second time when I was thinking of changing. Responded to texts quickly and overall good communication. The installation looks so good and seams look great. They installed our sinks too. One thing to know is that there are fees in addition to the square foot price even though it reads that it includes fabrication and installation. Diamond Granite's advertising online is false; ZERO stars! Their $39.99 price is a way to get you interested, but it is not true. After having three quotes from other companies, this one provided the highest estimate, even after selecting less expensive granite purchased in bulk. A minimum order of $1200 was noted on the website; however, the representative, Tim, indicated it was $2500 and the website should have been updated a couple days ago. BEWARE OF SCAMS - when it sounds too good to be true, it's best to stay away!
