Super shady escrow company!! Unethical in the way they operate. They REFUSED to provide the buying party (me) with a pre-lim until during escrow until I signed off on paying legal fees "should they arise". DO NOT WORK with this escrow company. Ive never had an escrow company speak to me with such disrespect, and bend procedures. P.S. I am a mortgage and real estate broker with over 170 transactions closed
