I went in here to just see about selling some of my jewelry. The older ladies in the back were so rude and I immediately felt so uncomfortable. I let them look at the items I brought and quite literally turned their noses up at everything. I had come in from the pawn shop down the street and the girls there were so sweet and recommended I go here to see if I could get more. After my mother passed away, I was left with it overly excessive amount of really nice jewelry. An associate told me about Mr. Durrell. I made the 2 Hour drive and it was very well worth it. Mr. Durrell was absolutely amazing, down to earth, he was compassionate to my situation. He took the time that he needed to thoroughly go over everything, and there was a lot, so it took pretty much all day.
