After my mother passed away, I was left with it overly excessive amount of really nice jewelry. An associate told me about Mr. Durrell. I made the 2 Hour drive and it was very well worth it. Mr. Durrell was absolutely amazing, down to earth, he was compassionate to my situation. He took the time that he needed to thoroughly go over everything, and there was a lot, so it took pretty much all day. Not a place for People of Color. I went there trying to get a diamond replaced in my ring. My diamond is lab grown. I was told that they don't do lab grown diamonds and they don't like them either. The associate that dealt with me took my ring to the jeweler. I looked around while I waited for her to return. The associates there looked so disgusted that I was there and looked at me like I was wasting their time being there.
