As a college student, I have lived in several different places but Diamond Duplex has been my favorite. The price is very affordable and goes much further than student apartments. We had a garage, yard space, two porches, a very spacious living room, lots of storage space. Some think that it is too far away from campus, but it never took more than 3-5 minutes to get to class. Steve was a great landlord and was quick to solve any problems if we had any. I had a great experience living there, and I highly recommend it.

I loved living here at Diamond Duplexes the past two years! It's affordable and close to campus, but far enough away for quiet. I have also had random subleasers and roommates and never had a bad experience with any of them! Steve is a great landlord and always ready to come fix anything or answer any questions! I definitely recommend Diamond Duplexes to rent from!
Diamond Duplexes is great! Ive lived here for two years and have nothing to complain about! If I hadnt graduated id resign for a 3rd year. Its by far the nicest place ive lived while attending CMU. Extremely cost friendly, lots of space, quiet neighbors, and not to mention Steve is a fantastic landlord!
3 years of living here and very satisfied, Steve is a down to earth landlord, and the homes are quality. He was accommodating for my dog and lenient in my times of financial trouble. Some of the best places to live in town for the price, I highly recommend.
