Amber is the worst. The apartment she rented us is not the one promised (up narrow stairs instead of first floor) and she has repeatedly ignored our calls about work that needs doing. When she does respond, she is rude and unprofessional. It’s been almost 6 months now without her addressing excessive black mold, broken windows, and leaking water heater!
Very nice, informative and professional.
Very good listener. Give feeling of hope. It feels good to rely on. To top it off. By Great Customer Service.
