The genuine rock bottom. Went for a new battery for my iPhone, got talked into adding a screen protector. Screen protector cracked right through in 48 hours. Battery lasted 17 days. Now won't charge at all. Their phone doesn't answer - immaterial probably as we were visiting from interstate. Run away!!!

Purchased a screen protector $40 had dust under the day, the girl reapplied the same one and within 3 days it was broken I came back day 8 to see if it was under a warranty the lady told me to go away. I then stated that I would file a complaint with accc she said you don't scare me bye and walked off...so rude!
