After 10 years of great water, pump broke and Danny talked me into replacing but after 4 months pump broke and now won't return phone calls. I need his current location :(
This is the worst water company that I have ever done business with. Do not let them near your home. You cannot get service after installation. Danny never returns phone calls. When you do finally get him he always has an excuse. I don’t routinely review company’s that I’ve had bad experiences with but I don’t want anyone else being taken advantage of by this company in Las Vegas
TDS was rising on the system we bought from these guys so we paid several hundred dollars for system service with new filters. Zero improvement so it is clear the guy installed used components just to get the cash. Then he disappeared and no longer answers his calls. So I guess we trusted when we should not have and are ripped off. We have resorted to contacting the system manufacturer so hopefully we can re buy the parts and do it ourselves When it is working the system is amazing. Truly incredible system. My water in Henderson must be some of the worst in the country. I was getting readings of 450 ppm. Now all the water in the house is under 25ppm. I paid a little extra to have the plumber to do a whole house bypass so even the hot water gets filtered. Many of the houses here in Henderson were built with screwy plumbing systems in the 80s and 90s. You may need to pay a little extra to get water from the street routed properly. I think the few problems this system has is related to that.
