I got my wedding rings there over 30 years ago. They are always friendly and more than helpful. Took an anniversary band in because I lost the diamond. I didn't know if the ring was worth the cost to replace it. They explained what kind of Gold it was and that it was worth more than I thought. Charged a very reasonable price to replace the diamond and make sure the others would stay put.

Went in yesterday to look for wedding bands and seen a few I was interested in looking at closer. Waited a few minutes for the sales person to finish up a conversation they were having with another worker so they could assist us. Just as I was going to approach the person another lady came in and the ladies jumped right up to help her. And yes I know the sales person seen us because she made eye contact with me. Will never go there for anything and can't say I'd recommend them to anyone
Went in to have some watches repaired and batteries replaced. There were two women working there and neither was in any rush to greet us. We explained what was needed and one went to work on the watches and the other went back to the back room. We began to look around and ogle some of the items in the cases, no one asked if we would like to see any of the jewelry tho.
