Dont tell a customer on Saturday that it will cost $530.00 to size (with a claim ticket reflecting the $530.00) then call the customer on Tuesday and inform them its going to run an additional $200.00 to size the ring. Went and picked up my item, took it to Your Jeweler in Carterville and had the ring sized & stones tightened for $300.00 dollars.
Recently had my rings, one pendant, and one necklace worked on and they came out perfectly! Liz was so informative and helpful and I was blown away by their excellent customer service. I thought my necklace was a lost cause but she turned it around and brought it back to life! I cannot stop staring at my beautiful sparkling jewelry. Thank you for your work!
Bought many items from the family over my 57 years everyone there knows the meaning of quality jewelry at reasonable prices!
I have purchased a couple of rings there and have some work done on some other rings and completely satisfied and I will keep coming back there they are very friendly and know what they are doing

They fixed my anniversary band that was purchased somewhere else.I am very pleased with their work.Will take it back to get cleaned and checked.
