Diamonds Depot has been the easiest, most professional, and overall jewelry store I’ve ever dealt with. They are prompt with their service and can make just about anything you can bring them for a MUCH better price than some of the bigger competitors in Birmingham!! If I could rate them higher than a 5 I would! If you’re looking to do some ring shopping (or any other jewelry shopping) this is definitely your place!!
The owners here are the best. They always have a smile on their face, make you feel like you've been friends for years and, most importantly, they don't that weird pushy car dealer vibe some places have. They don't pressure you into anything, and they're great at helping you find exactly what you're looking for. I tell all of my friends that are thinking about proposing that this is the place they need to go. I will always go to them first if I'm looking to buy my wife something special.

I found the perfect wedding ring at another local jewelry store. Took the picture of my “dream ring” to Terry at Diamond Depot. He was able to create the same ring at a more affordable price. Terry and his staff were so kind and patient through the process of reviewing and making changes to the design. Can’t beat the customer service or pricing at Diamond Depot! I will never do business anywhere else! They deserve 10 stars!
