Dr. Lee was incredible from the very first meeting. So kind, understanding and really makes you feel comfortable. His staff was also very sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend this practice, they've got me as a client for life!
I had a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist but from the front desk receptionist to the doctor, the whole team made me feel very comfortable, walking me through each process and acknowledging my nervousness. Everyone is extremely profesional. Dr. Matthew Rhee was so gentle and considerate with my teeth and gum sensitivity, which I really appreciated. Will definitely be coming back.
Scheduled on Zocdoc 2 days ago but sheesh, they are super money focused and give no grace for busy schedules! Since scheduling just 2 days ago, staff repeatedly messaged me for reason for visit and for insurance despite me providing 1) a reason for the visit on Zocdoc already 2) already sharing my insurance card on Zocdoc. They sent me messages to fill out paperwork (normal but my week has been nuts and stressful). First Time using this dentist office and amazing. Staff is very friendly. Dr Liang did the cleaning and after she explained everything clearly to me and what needed to be done. Dr. Rhee did the next part of the visit and was very clear on what was going to be done and while he was doing it. Overall experience was wonderful.
From the doctor to the nurse to the hygienist, they were all awesome and friendly and made you feel safe and comfortable, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
