I had a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist but from the front desk receptionist to the doctor, the whole team made me feel very comfortable, walking me through each process and acknowledging my nervousness. Everyone is extremely profesional. Dr. Matthew Rhee was so gentle and considerate with my teeth and gum sensitivity, which I really appreciated. Will definitely be coming back.
Scheduled on Zocdoc 2 days ago but sheesh, they are super money focused and give no grace for busy schedules! Since scheduling just 2 days ago, staff repeatedly messaged me for reason for visit and for insurance despite me providing 1) a reason for the visit on Zocdoc already 2) already sharing my insurance card on Zocdoc. They sent me messages to fill out paperwork (normal but my week has been nuts and stressful). First Time using this dentist office and amazing. Staff is very friendly. Dr Liang did the cleaning and after she explained everything clearly to me and what needed to be done. Dr. Rhee did the next part of the visit and was very clear on what was going to be done and while he was doing it. Overall experience was wonderful.
This was the BEST experience I could ask for. My 2.5 year old had never been to the dentist. The waiting area has a play space; the dental chair has TV in the ceilings for kids to watch as they lay down. My daughter was scared when we got there; so Dr. Tener offered to clean her teeth in the playroom. The dental hygienist was great and the Dentist was nice, however, was not the dentist I had booked with on zocdoc. Then I saw on my insurance that I was quoted for 8 fillings even though they confirmed during the appointment I don’t have any cavities, and no other dentist has said I need any fillings.
