The people are great and helpful. Dr. Herr is efficient and gentle. They got me in right away and weren't angry when I arrived 10 minutes late. Good experience! I travel a half hour to get to this dentist, and it's worth it.
Could not ask for better, more professional service or a more caring staff!
I find Lifetime Dental, the dentist and the 'girls' who work there, to be very friendly, efficient, and on top of all dental needs. Great experience. They put you at ease.
Pleasant atmosphere. Everyone is well-informed and focused on their jobs. The billing info and next appt date were both handled quickly and efficiently. The only criticism is that I had to wait approx. 30 min. for the dentist to check the technician's work on my temporary crown. Overall, this is a well-run office with excellent staff providing high-quality dental care.
I just moved here, and left a wonderful dentist behind. I thought, surely I will never have that experience again. I was wrong ! Dr. Her is wonderful, as is his staff. He took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions, and was extremely thorough. Dentistry has come a long way, and Lifetime Dental is a shining example.
I went in to have a broken tooth taken out, however it turned out to be a longer and more difficult process than the dentist had foreseen. I found all the office personnel to be friendly, cheerful and efficient, especially Stephanie, the assistant who helped the dentist work on me. The dentist was professional and kept me informed of the process as he worked on my tooth. Stephanie put me at ease very nicely when I needed to relax. A good experience here.
This was my first tooth extraction in 47 years. I was not looking forward to it. The extraction went well and the care I received was great. I will be back, but hopefully not for another extraction.
