Called to see if I can get a quote for a wisdom tooth removal, their website advertises half price for wisdom tooth removal and yet doesn’t have a price range they can tell me about. I have called other places and at the least the person on the phone could talk to me and tell me, it usually goes from X amount to X amount could be more depending on your evaluation. I am never one to leave poor reviews, but I have to with this one. I tried calling to inquire about teeth extraction, went straight to voicemail. Called two more times, because it was within their operating hours and sometimes that happens if they're on the line with another customer, and someone answered and told us to stop calling- I hadn't even said a thing yet. I called for a price estimate. The man said it was illegal to give me a price estimate over the phone and was a bit rude. I understand if that’s their policy, but I don’t think it’s illegal - other dentists have given me estimates over the phone.

Dr. Tom helped me out of a real jam with a tooth I had completely ignored for years. He’s quick friendly and professional. They accept insurance, workers comp, cash, credit. Dr Tom explains everything and is able to work with individual situations better.
