The team of people working were very attentive and they did not finish until i was completly happy with finish product
They bring in a design team! which was very helpful. you get to see an image of the plan of the work so you can make sure you are getting what you want, Also had a lot of people on staff to help us.
Our project was challenging as we wanted a rather large deck built up 20+' off the ground and then we wanted our swim spa built into the deck. This caused the crew to build the deck on timber poles and the swim spa caused them to put the posts only 12" apart due to weight issues. Diamond decks did a fabulous job on the deck and it looks far nicer than we could have hoped.
Very professional. Issues where handled quickly and efficiently. Quality was superb.
