Our deck is absolute perfection! We would recommend Diamond Decks to everyone! We had our family Christmas this year at our house and we got so many compliments on our new beautiful deck from our family and friends! We are thrilled with this company.
Signed contract for 1,000 sq ft floating deck and railing atop 3-car garage, some Hardie boards installed on end of 2nd story house facing deck, painting, caulking, etc. 24/25Aug Hardie installer did an unprofessional job. 12,13&15 Sep, first paint crew did lousy job caulking and painting Hardie boards. 5Oct, second paint crew did more caulking and tried to better paint job. Work began the day after my husband's stroke at the end of May, so there was no reason to hurry. One man worked on tearing down the existing deck and replacing it with a beautiful cedar one, fully screened with two screened doors to the outside. It's a very large deck! When my husband finally came home three months later, he loved the work so much that he is out there every possible moment. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!!!
My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the quality of the fence. What we are not happy about is the time that it took to complete. We signed a contract with this company for a fence, deck and concrete parking spot. The fence was to be completed first, then the deck then the parking spot. The parking spot was completed on day 1, the fence was started and worked on for a week, then the deck was started before the fence was completed. Steve Theis contacted me immediately and came by, drew up design. Charles and Monroe Stewart came out and started shortly thereafter. They were courteous, diligent and went right to work. There was not a lot of chatter between them, as they knew exactly where to begin and who was doing what. It was apparent they have been doing this type of work for many years. The Diamond Decks team is the "go to company" for any of your building contracting needs. Kyle, Val, Scott and the entire team did a great job building our patio cover addition. When other contractors could not see our vision, Kyle was able to and quickly bring it to fruition. When a seam developed in the panelling three months after the project was completed, DD came out and replaced/re-stained the panelling at no cost. If you want a company who stands by its work and takes pride in a job well done, DD is for you.
