I’m not the type to write a bad review, but I’ve given this company two years to get the job done. I have reached out literally dozens of times and they will always say they’ll come “next week”. I typically withhold a portion of the payment until the job is finished. For a nearly $37k job, I was waiting to pay the final $2k, but I got so much pressure from them to pay everything before the job was done. I finally in good faith made the payment. This company was the only one to offer to reside an addition to my house that had asbestos shingles. The work and finished product are fine, but the communication of this company sucks. First, they changed the scope of work from the original bid without telling me before starting. I had to call them to ask what the heck was going on...they explained that they discovered the shingles were more important to the structural integrity of the walls than originally thought, so they needed to approach the job from a different angle.... read more
