I had a great experience touring diamond creek apartments. The on site Maraisa was welcoming, professional, and very organized. From the moment I walked in, they’ve stayed in touch and have been incredibly helpful throughout the process. I’m excited to see the two-bedroom apartment and truly hope I’ll have the opportunity to call this community home. So far, it’s been a wonderful experience!
Manager is hardly ever in the office. Extremely hard to contact. Phone number on Google has been disconnected for over a year! Random mistaken EXTREMELY LOUD EMERGENCY ALARMS AT MIDNIGHT, 1AM, 2AM WAKING ALL RESIDENTS, NO EMERGENCY JUST A MISTAKE EACH TIME!! Bird droppings covering patios and walls of complex etc
Plz avoid to rent this place .They change property management every 2 months .Very un organized community and they will take away your deposit .The owner is a very unfair person .She took my deposit already and she wants to charge me more for 30 days notice .Since it was my first time to rent apartment didn’t know this .you can reach me if you like to know more about owner and this apartment .
