Messy When I moved into the apartments, I was shown the model apartment. I thought it looked really nice and well maintained, so you can imagine my disappointment when I moved into my apartment. Not only was I not allowed to see my apartment until the day I moved in, my move-in date was pushed back twice. When I went to use my appliances in my apartment, they did not work. amazing! Really great property renovations look great! I did a tour with Courtney I think she was very patient and kind. we have our 2 under 2 with us screaming and crying. she offered snacks and juice, which is something I haven't encountered yet touring it was nice . while looking around the property, she also made sure the girls felt included as well! 10 out of 10 experience we will absolutely be moving in coming July.
I do not recommend to anyone. Moving in, I was greeted with all of my appliances not working. It took them 7 months to come and fix them. My apartment has flooded twice, the people who live in the complex are as sketchy as can be, and the management just does not seem to care. The pictures shown on this website are of the model unit. Every other unit looks nothing like the models and let's just say they look sadder than any other apartments I have ever seen (I have friends who have a unit here too). Do NOT Rent Currently living here. Yeah it's affordable but it's not worth it. A.C. is constantly breaking and it will take them months for them to even look at it much less fix it. I signed a lease and they are charging me month to month even after bringing it to their attention many times. Thier Laundry Unit doesn't even work half the time. Break ins happen ALL THE TIME. We have a new management kimberly she has been great got things done that other manager never did she is good with people got lights fix for us in the parking lot she been the best
Much good We had a few hiccups but the management was very helpful and polite to us. Able to help us get everything situated. I feel like we can go to them anytime for help. Wendy was especially helpful and sweet!
Great Place on a budget I have been here going on 6mo. now & I absolutley love it. I have had 2 maintenance issues and they were right on top of it getting the problems solved. Is the place older,,yes,,,Is it starting to show it;s age,,sure. But this place is nothing like the disgruntled reviews written below. Nice place for the price I have lived at Apple Creek for a few years. Since the outside renovations, the complex looks great. There are a few more cosmetic things, in my opinion, that would really improve the over all curve appeal, but by comparison, what an improvement. I am pleased with the office staff. Kayla and Jessica are great to deal with. They are pleasant, professional and are willing to listen to you and take care of your needs.
Decent for price The price may be one of the cheapest in this college city, but the apartments are showing their age. During the heavy rains this spring, mold developed in one of the bedrooms, as well as the carpet getting soaked with the origin coming from the outside wall. The mold was recently resolved, but not the other problem. The office management personnel is always changing.
