the management asked me to call in November to check to see if there were any move outs scheduled for December( I am a disabled senior and need to move so called Brian, but got Kristina instead) No one has answered me and I am afraid I am going to be homeless dueto the not calling back and I am also suffering with cancer. I find this very rude as the least you can do is call back like YOU ALL told me to do!!!
management is awful. maintenance is worse.
No now, management sucks and there is only one maintenance guy at this time. In the last 2 years I’ve been through probably 4 different managers. Last year after my leased ended, I started paying the raised rent and was told I wasn’t supposed to until the new year. So I had a credit, they said now they are charging back rent for that credit. The management is not the issue it's the few sloppy resident, please show some class. Just because these are low income apt. doesn't mean you have to act low class. I for one love my new home and plan to stay for many years. The management is awesome .
The only reason why I am putting four stars is because I keep having packages stolen from my front door. When I am not home. Other than that, it is amazing!
This has to be the first place I ever said "Oh my god that is good" when I took my first bite of my steak. Great service as well.
