Thanks to the crew that redid my balcony! They were professional, courteous, removed everything from my balcony for me. Thanks to Diamond for getting it done quickly.
Since Diamond took over our HOA e have had the absolute lawn care! Mowing isn’t started in the spring until the grass is a foot tall. Weeds have overtaken our grass. Trees need trimmed that have dead branches and communication is awful.
WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Nicole is incredibly unprofessional and totally incompetent. She is non-responsive to emails, phone calls; will go ignored for 1+ week and only responds with multiple follow ups. Good luck trying to get anyone at Diamond to answer the phone - their office hours are horrendous (9:30-4:30), forget it if you are someone who works a standard 8-5, you will almost never be able to get in touch with someone.
