On 8/30 I was having a gender reveal party and my car was hit by a U-Haul. I had to look up a repair collision shop for my car to be repaired. I went by the closest one and best reviews. I called Diamond Collision spoke with Lorenzo and he was very nice and open availability. I got my car in and repaired very quickly. I’m so happy with the outcome can’t tell anything ever happened. Diamond Collision Repair did an incredible job on my car! Lorenzo got me in quickly for an estimate, offered a fair and honest price (much lower than other shops), and was super flexible with my schedule for drop-off and pickup. He kept me informed throughout and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I am so happy I went with Diamond Collision instead of the company my insurance wanted me to use. They were so kind and helpful throughout the whole process and they walked me through every step. They were incredibly patient and professional. They went above and beyond in so many ways, even calling the rental company to pick up the rental car so that I could get back to work on time. They navigated the insurance claim flawlessly and made everything so easy. 10/10
