We discovered this store while searching for an engagement ring after visiting many other places. Azi was incredibly kind and guided us in finding the perfect ring that my fiancée absolutely loved. When my fiancée wanted to make a change to the ring after it was ready, Azi handled it immediately, no questions asked. The entire experience was seamless and enjoyable, and I will definitely return. Thank you so much for your exceptional service and for creating such a beautiful ring for us.
Azi is the rudest person I have ever met. She was nice during the sale, but a couple of weeks after when negotiating a small change we made over $50 she lost it. called security on me, ripped the recipe she gave me, and acted as a bully. I was shocked because other than talking calmly I haven't done anything. Shocking experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with Azi, she is literally crazy
