I had the worst carpets. Was selling my home. I thought I would have to tear carpets out and replace them. I was so happy Diamond carpet cleaning were able to get out all my horrible stains. Diamond Carpet Cleaning was incredible. Well disposed and obliging. They got back to mind the rug in the lower switch, which was as yet soggy. They passed on their fans to dry throughout the end of the week, and Jim, the President, circled back to me to guarantee that I was fulfilled.
Hailey was incredible. Her prompt response and willingness to go above and beyond with customer service were greatly appreciated! This was a last-minute cleaning, and she not only accommodated me, but she also knew how badly I needed my carpets cleaned and called me when they had an opening earlier in the day! Their cleaners are soft guys and worked like champ. Recommended.
