Nothing but troubles with this 3 year old 7 X 14 trailer. Troubles with the trailer lights failing, door hold backs breaking (plastic), ordered on A/C is junk leaks water in to the trailer. 2 tire blow outs and this time a fender damaged and they have no parts available they tell me. Very poor construction and had I not been on a schedule I'd have taking the time to look the trailer better and tested systems and I would have refused trailer. If I could give 0 stars I would. God awful experience picking up this trailer. Called multiple times days prior to let them know we were going to come pick it up. Drive 4 and a half hours to find out they 'closed early due to bad weather' no one answered their phones. While we were waiting and hoping someone showed up. MULTIPLE cars showed up also in the same situation unable to pick up their trailers. These people came from Florida, North Carolina, and New York. Absolute worst service. Purchased a 16ft cargo trailer from a local dealer made from Diamond. I wish I had inspected it more before buying. Building craftsmanship needs to go back to the drawing board. Lights are installed in random spacing and out out level. Found 3 welds that were not completed. What appears to be black spray paint is not a weatherproofing for floor wood under trailer.
