Tough
Bought a diamond trailer 10 years ago, very satisfied with quality and customer service. Fast forward to 2018, practically no customer service, trailer was filthy ( brand new but filthy from front to back). Salesman said "THEY WILL SEND PACKET WITH VIN DECAL", still no packet? Seriously $4,500 deserves more than this.
Do NOT buy these trailers. I purchased my trailer in March 2017. By June 2017, less than three months later, paint from the "black out package" started to crack and flake. It looks like a kid with a spray paint can painted the "black out package." I called the salesman and he explained that they do not warranty the black out package. I could have bought spray paint and done it myself and saved a bunch of money. The wheel hubs were not installed correctly, I checked the lug nuts after 50 miles just like the manufacture sugges... read more
