On February 5. 2015, Dr. Brian Adams found that my son had an impacted wisdom tooth. It was infected at the time, and the infection needed to be cured. On his next appointment, February 12, 2015, Dr. Adams had disappeared. He left my son and other people under his care without a word of apology. It is impossible to obtain my son's dental records from Dr. Adams' office. My son has developmental disabilities, as do many other people who utilized Dr. Adams services.
