The way this establishment run their business is like a pawn shop. If you need quick money you can take a loan out and pay them interest and if you want to sell them your gold, they pay up to 70-75 percent, which is way below the market value. I went in and got some quote on my gold jewelry piece I no longer want and she gave me an insulted offer. I left and went to another place and got 90% value. I would highly recommend everyone to shop around at least couple places to compare before settling down selling gold.
I had the best experience with Katie! She was so knowledgable and helpful, and provided transparency throughout the process. I sold a number of 14k gold pieces, and some diamond studs, and felt the pricing was very fair. I will happily be back for any of my future jewelry selling needs!
