My Diamondback redlines were not a bright red color when I purchased them. Have scrubbed,etc the tires but nothing improves the appearance. My Coker redline tires were bright red and crisp when I purchased them and have stayed that way. If appearance is important(which is why I purchased redline tire to begin with)to you,then Coker redlines are the better choice. I discussed this shortcoming with Diamondback. Polite but not helpful
