Paul is great. Great service. Not pushy. Positive experience.
Bought a 2005 Volvo S40 with “no problems” and it’s leaking oil, power steering fluid, doesn’t run and costs more to fix than the actual cars worth. Paul is a cheat and will lie about anything to make a sale. Wouldn’t buy anything from here if I was anyone else.
Old school car dealership - almost anything to make the sale, even lying by way of omission, hiding things and other deceptive practices that make people wary of buying someone else's problem in the form of a used car. But ehh got more than expected for my trade-in and its not the worst experience. Do yourself a favor and buy the carfax and examine every thing you can and then remember its a used car and there ARE costs to consider, like a $50 lube, oil, filter and top off fluids.
