My explorer looks marvelous, great bunch of guys. Everything went smooth, just as quoted. Would recommend them to everybody.
After almost two weeks of dropping off my car for a minor paint repair, I am still waiting. I have since paid more for rentals than the cost of the job. Have been there three times and every time it's something different. It's all been rushed. My next step is to report to the BBB. Don't take your car to Diamond simply because of their price. Pay the extra and you will be much happier. Or, if you want a botched job, Diamond's the place for you.
Excellent! My SUV looked better after they painted it than when I bought it. The customer service was very professional and friendly. They even gave me a ride to work. I would recommend them to everyone.

Not so good. I had Diamond do their top tier paint job called a base coat clear coat. It looked like it had a bunch of bumps and dirt in the finish. The color was is silver metallic and it looks uneven a little spotty. The manager said that was normal for this type of color. I disagree as my car never had this issue before. I would not recommend Diamond.
I am so glad that I trusted them with my car. It turned out beautiful and at a price that was lower than anyone else that I got an estimate from. I will recommend Diamond to all of my friends.
Fantastic!! The car came back better than I ever expected. The manager was great, the price was great and would love to recommend this place to anyone!!
They repaired my car in less time than expected and it looked great. The manager was very courteous and fair with his price. I would recommend them to anybody.
