Very disappointed... Diamond Painting and Diego were highly recommended so I brought my 99 Silverado in for an estimate. $1700.... Its a lot of money but if its done right, that's fine with me. It took longer than the 5 days to get the job done and when I picked up the truck most things looked fine but upon closer inspection there were quite a few minor imperfections, most of which I corrected at home. I went to Diamonds Auto Painting and Collision Center to have my car repainted and a few dents repaired. Diego gave me a very fair estimate and he and his staff were lovely. I also went with his recommendation to use Samuel for detailing. My car looks amazing inside and out. Brand new! I highly recommend them.
I was recently referred to Diamond Auto Body. Service was horrible. I had my car painted, the chrome trim on parts of the car was painted over, inside was dusty and dirty, the lexus emblems was glued back on to vehicle instead of using 3m tape. When i spoke to the manager Diego about this, he said “ i should have told him to not paint the chrome trim and its my fault”. I recently wrecked my 2008 Honda Accord, The damage was substantial as I only carried liability insurance on my vehicle. I didn't know what to do. The estimates I received were off the charts. A friend referred me to Diamond Auto where I met with Diego, GM. He spent some time with me and came up with a number I could work with. When I went to pick up my car, I was amazed. I took my 1983 Mercedes 380sl that I have had for over 30 years to my body shop. I have used the same body shop for over 10 years. They referred me to Diamond Auto Painting and Collision. There I met Diego. What a nice guy. I liked him immediately. He quoted me such a fair price that I knew he didn`t have room to negotiate. The car looks like brand new. The color is gleaming and the pinstripe is perfect. I`m getting the thumbs up every place I go. I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Roy

I love my 12-year-old burgundy Camry, but the paint was beginning to oxidize after sitting in the hot FL sun for so many years. The quotes were outrageous; then someone recommended Diamond to me. I couldn't believe the price to paint the entire car! Diego explained the difference in their paint to me, which is why he could give me such a good price. Horrible horrible service!!! First of, they have an assigned parking for obtaining estimates, I parked there for more than 5 minutes, no one came to me so I still had to walk to the front desk as other employees had just passed me by not saying a thing. They have a glass window so attendant can see you perfectly from where seated, the front desk attendant/manager has a loose mouth. He doesn’t care about how he talks to customers!!!!
