Terrible service. We arrived for an oil change and tire rotation for our truck, and ended up waiting an hour and a half. Customers who arrived after us were leaving before us. With no logical explanation, we waited almost two hours for our truck. I’m not coming back.
New year same review! After being sold a car that wasn't as advertised. The dealership refused to work with me to remedy the situation. I ended up contacting Massachusetts Attorney Generals office as well as a personal lawyer. Jason Testcross called me from a private line to bad mouth my self only to have him raise his voice at me.
