Overall the service was great. The only issue was the tires were rotated but the air pressure was not adjusted accordingly.
Had a 1 o'clock appt, dropped the truck off at 730 AM. Returned to dealer at 3:15 PM. Didn't leave until 540 PM. Supposedly there was an air compressor issue, but there was no one else in the waiting room at 5:30, so why was I the only one affected by that issue? And if the air compressor is so vital to the service dept and the work they do, why isn't there redundancy with the air compressor???This is actually the third time in the last 4 visits that I have left unhappy.
Jason was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I asked tons of questions and wanted to see several different vehicles. He answered all my questions, showed me everything I wanted to see and, most of all he was genuine.
Jason was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful with my vehicle purchase.
