Power steering died-had it towed to diamond. Diagnosis was that i needed a new rack. $2400. Fair enough. A month later I picked it up and as I was driving home I had “dead spots” in the steering like a loose steering wheel. I brought it back to diamond. They told me that now I need a new steering shaft for another $1000. This was a problem that didnt exist prior. I tried using GM’s goodwill assistance to no avail. I have a young family. The service was bad
I had a great experience getting a tire replaced on my Chevrolet Traverse along with an alignment. The service was quick, professional, and everything was explained clearly throughout the process. My service advisor, Aimee, was especially helpful—friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood what was needed and what to expect. She kept me updated and made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. My Traverse is driving great now, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
