Very friendly and prompt Ken was very friendly and prompt. He seemed knowledgeable about the appliance and caring about the customers concerns and happiness with their appliance.

Fast and charged a reasonable rate I bought a used maytag dryer off craigslist and while it worked perfectly it had a painfully loud buzzer that would go off when it was done drying. I called Diamond and asked to come by and disconnect the buzzer. He was on time, explained what he was going to do, took 20 minutes or so, completely fixed the problem, and charged a reasonable rate.
Impressed with their expertise and support My only contact with Diamond was repairman Herman, who came right on time, did what he said he'd do, and followed up on a second repair in a timely manner. I'm impressed and grateful for their expertise and support.
