Fast and charged a reasonable rate I bought a used maytag dryer off craigslist and while it worked perfectly it had a painfully loud buzzer that would go off when it was done drying. I called Diamond and asked to come by and disconnect the buzzer. He was on time, explained what he was going to do, took 20 minutes or so, completely fixed the problem, and charged a reasonable rate.
Appliance fixed Diamond Appliance does a great job fixing my appliance. One time my fridge just stop working and my food were rotting. I called up Diamond Appliance and they came the exact day. The technicians found out the problem and solved it within a few minutes of arriving. Good guys, polite and very professional. Will keep using them.

Service with a smile! I called Diamond Appliance Service when my whirlpool dishwasher stopped working. I had a really good experience with them. They managed to schedule an appointment at a time which was convenient for me (I have a really hectic schedule). The repairman was also very quick and efficient. He told me I would have to replace the pump. He ordered the necessary part and came back and installed it that same week. Fixed my washing machine when nobody else would.. When one appliance repair man was afraid to touch my washing machine, Diamond Appliance showed up, disassembled it, found the issue, got it put back together, and even fixed another appliance for me ad-hoc in the same appointment!

Fixed my washer quickly & inexpensively These guys were great. Came out on a Saturday with short notice. Got the work on my fridge & washing machine done quickly and inexpensively. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need appliance work done.
