We lived at Torrey Thomas for eight years with very little complaints. We had appliances replaced multiple times whenever they gave out, received our full deposit back promptly, and management was responsive the vast majority of the time. We wouldn't have left if my job hadn't taken me elsewhere. In a land of horrible, greedy landlords, this is definitely a safe company to put your trust in.
Very unprofessional and unresponsive
This is one of the best rental companies is PB, Matt and Rami were soo friendly and aways ready to help. If we move back to PB, I'm checking with them 1st.
