Whats the point of calling yourself a hospital if you can't garuntee we will be seen, called and the receptionist told me they cant garuntee ill be seen if i make an appointment

I was shocked by the low quality of care, disregard, and insensitivity of staff. I will never go back and do not recommend this vet clinic.
