I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.
