The staff is wonderful, patient and kind. Dr. Kanter is professional, patient and just a sweet soul who cares about her patients including their comfort and pain levels. She takes her time and explains everything. Thank you all again for easing my anxiety and fears.
Dr. Liza Kanter is by far one of the best dentists and her staff are super warm and friendly. She was able to see me very quickly after an emergency and I needed a crown. I practically lived in that office and went through a long ordeal that was made so much easier with how well she explained everything and took care to make sure I was comfortable. The most amazing staff, so friendly and caring, they really work with you and your insurance and try to do what's best for you, the patient. No judgment, they really care for their patients, it feels like you're visiting with friends. They came highly recommended by my husband's coworkers and I see why.
Dr. Diamond shows little regard for her patients’ time. She is frequently late to appointments, often with her staff covering by citing “emergencies,” when in reality she is running personal errands. To avoid accountability, she even enters through the back of the office so waiting patients won’t see her arrive late. When she does see patients, her demeanor is dismissive, rude, and unprofessional—driven by an ego so large that she speaks down to you rather than treating you with respect.
