Your attitude your demeanor your face you seamed already upset. Greet your customers with a smile or just be the owner. Your workers knew that was not an issue I had. I understand policies I’m a supervisor and regardless you can enforce and be more kind to a customer that been around when that policy was never in place when there was not a sitting area. Take a course how to greet a customer or just be the owner that don’t service your customers period
