I had a great experience at this dialysis center. The staff are incredibly friendly and always make sure you feel comfortable and well cared for. They’re also highly competent, which gives you peace of mind during the entire process. The center has comfy chairs with built-in massages, making the time pass by more easily. There’s also a great selection of TV channels, so you can stay entertained. Plus, you can adjust the lighting to suit your preference, which adds to the overall relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend!
The staff at Markham DMC are very knowledgeable and caring in expediting their duties in dialization, I would recommend anyone needing dialysis services to contact DMC, their administrative methods are very efficient, timely and professional. Also let the staff know that they are the best, it is always a very relaxed feeling when you are there, especially with the shift leadership of Annemarie. Thank you again.
This was my 2nd occasion to attend treatment at this facility in Toronto. The 2nd time was just as good as the first instance. From communication to paperwork to payment and thru to the treatments everyone was capable and attentive. I definitely would recommend this facility to others and I would use it again. Thanks again to everyone that attended to me during my week stay at this facility.
We had a wonderful experience with the Dialysis Management Clinics Markham location. They were incredibly accommodating when taking my mother in law on as a new patient and truly went above and beyond to coordinate her treatment schedule with her previous clinic to ensure a smooth and stress free transition.
