I have been doing my treatment at this facility for over a year. The dialysis center is very clean. The staff are very nice and accommodating especially Ashley Luce. She steps in when needed. She is such an assest to the facility. Thanks to everyone for being so kind , considerate, and caring. Champa Lakshmi.

Treated like a number. Was told I could leave when I asked about being put on treatment on time. Since she’s the head nurse “Ashley” it’s my word against hers, so I can be thrown out like a dog. No empathy or compassion for patients, just trying to get out of work early and I’m sure I’ll face retaliation. Other nurses and staff have been nice but today I was shut up and talked to like trash.
