For months, I have been raising serious concerns about the facility. The issues include gnats, broken and unsafe patient chairs. Despite multiple attempts to address these issues directly with the administrator, Michael, nothing has been done. His lack of action and apparent disregard for patient well-being are deeply troubling. The staff's unprofessional behavior, combined with Michael's indifference, creates an environment that feels unsafe and uncaring. This place is dirty, the flys/ gnats flying around what is supposed to be a medical facility!! This is repulsive!
No people skills,the parking lot is super dark there's no lights and rodents running around ,I drop my family off at 4:30am just so she can get a seat at 6am. Smh smh
I'm not a patient but, my daughter is and she loves it.
They take care my sister, the staff is so kind and nice they care about their patients.
