This is my third week at DCI West Ashley and I must say that I am impressed with the facilities and the staff. The facility itself is impressive and everyone I have interacted with is very caring and compassionate.
I greeted the large woman at the front desk with "hello" two separate times and she never looked up to acknowledge me, she just kept looking at her computer monitor until finally being rude and impatient with me. Do not recommend.
This place needs to hire someone with customer service skills. The lady at the desk does not greet you when you walk in, she don’t even look up from her magazines that she always ready. And she’s always eating. I stood in this place for about 2 minutes one day and she never looked up or asked if I needed anything. Just horrible
