I had a terrible experience at this facility with an employee named Denise. Her lack of professionalism, poor communication, and complete disregard for basic responsibility made what should have been a straightforward interaction incredibly frustrating. A medical office handling care should hold its staff to much higher standards. I highly recommend management addresses her performance, as employees like her completely ruin the patient and visitor experience

I went here for several years and it was the most amazing experience. I came to accept my condition. They go above and beyond duty. The staff was very supportive. Kim Birdsong was excellent manager. Wouldn’t want to go to any other place. If I stayed in Atlanta I wouldn’t want to be under anybody’s else’s care but Dr.Bob

This place is very unprofessional. The staff doesn’t care about patients needs and well being. They do things without decency and order. They don’t work with patients who work and have scheduling needs. The staff turns you away from treatment because you can’t stay for a whole shift like it’s a prison and you have to do a full treatment or nothing at all.
