this center is so slow i will never send my love one there my sister had a appointment at 11 o’clock and they waited 3 hour before calling her to the back the staff is very rude slow very very slow it’s sad how they do they’re guest it’s just said if y’all can stay away

Took my husband here for his dialysis Access. They are professional, nice , and courteous. It does take a while to get to be seen a majority of the time we have every gone here. At the most a couple of hours. So be prepared for this. It is worth it for us due to the quality care we get from them. Plus Dr J. Ross is the best.

My appointment was at 11:30am, for a cancellation about my dialysis access, it's now 12:48 and I still haven't been seen. I was here 15 minutes early, this is not right, my daughter has to leave at 1:30pm. She drove from Hannahan to Orangeburg. For nothing. They would charge me if I was late.

Slow…. Very slow. I have been here twice with my grandmother both times we arrived 15-20 minutes before the appointment time and both times she was not called back until almost 2-3 hours after. The lady at check in seems like a nice person however she speaks so quietly that you can’t understand anything she says, which makes things even more complicated when she’s wanting you to sign things. I had outpatient surgery here today and everything was exceptional! From great parking access, the staff is excellent to Dr. Ross himself flying in to assist with my surgery! The staff made my mom feel as if she were right at home with warm blankets while I was being prepped for surgery. I would recommend the facility to any and all dialysis patients that needs care to their access. DAI ORANGEBURG IS TRULY A GEM!!! THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL CARE FOR ME TODAY!!!!
