We are a small real estate team that attempted to utilize Dialpad for our outbound sms and calls for showings. In the latter part of our services, texts were being denied and failing to go through. I have sent more than 5 messages to cancel my Pro account to my assigned account executives and no one has responded. It has been a month and I am still billed for this service. Do not provide your credit card information to this company.
Have been trying to cancel with this company for a MONTH! Every time I follow their instructions for cancelation I get a notice that no one is available and I will be contacted in *********************************************************** another month. Now I am fighting with them for a refund. I had to tell them I had a "billing issue" to actually speak with someone. As soon as they thought they wouldn't get paid they sent me to an agent.
BEWARE before you sign anything with them! We signed for 30 users and they put the contract on auto-renew, without our permission. Even though we only had 10 users, we paid the very high rates and just sucked it up for a year. Our contract auto-renewed this week and I tried immediately to reduce it to the 10 licenses that we have ever used. Fantastic support! Most questions or concerns are immediately addressed. I really enjoy the intuitive interface. The transcript AI is super helpful. There are a lot of bonuses to this system. Keep up the good work guys.
Went for free trial and I was instantly deactivated after they got my card information saying I violated fraud terms Ive never had an account previously seriously avoid this company
It sounds like the other reviews had a similar experience. Wanted to switch to DialPad but unbeknownst to me, there was a TON of programming/set up involved to do so. So I cancelled the account. Fast forward to the following month, I was charged. I reached out several times (11 to be exact over the 2 months) including emails, chats, etc. , all documented and replied to. Tried switching from RingCentral to Dialpad. Big mistake. Once on board they leave you hanging with noone to reach out to. One of the worst business experience's ever. Working now to try to get back to ring central.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Buyer beware! This company's phone service is horrible--calls drop a lot if they even connect. You're required to pay up front for a whole year of service and they will NOT give you a pro-rated refund if you cancel before the term ends. I do NOT recommend this company!!

Hello, We would have been more than happy to work through the technical issues they were facing. We understand it can be frustrating dealing with technical issues, but this customer decided to leave us. And we do have a strict no refund policy if a yearly payment has been made and you cancel after 30 days of said payment. Regardless of this policy we did issue a refund.
