Great service and they carry batteries for older iphones like my 11. While you wait service too, in my case the wait wasn't long at all. It's small shop on Melrose that services & sells phones, including an assortment of 'renewed' phones from various manufactures. And various accessories too.
Fast friendly work done within 20 minutes.
I would recommend this shop for your cell or smart phone needs. I had a complicated, onerous issue with my dead smartphone, and Sean was able to get all the data transferred to my new phone. The owners are knowledgeable, fair and honest, as well as kind and considerate. It's great to have them in the neighborhood.
This place is AMAZING! I got water damage on my phone, causing my iPhone screen to turn green. My iCloud wasn’t updated so I thought I was going to loose all my photos. I went to Apple’s Genius Bar, Best Buy’s Geek Squad, and AT&T and no one was able to help me, or they said it would take weeks and hundreds of dollars to fix. After feeling VERY discouraged, I went to Dialnet and after I told them what had happened to my phone they told me with confidence “I think we will be able to help you, just give me 30 minutes”.
